Cupid is Stupid at Tao So you think Valentine’s Day is just an excuse for candy companies and flower shops to push products? Celebrate Single’s Awareness Day with fellow cynics at the Tao’s anti-Valentine’s party Thursday night, where ladies in black lingerie get free drinks during a two-hour open bar. Bonus: Bring a photo of your ex for Tao’s giant dartboard and score a free drink ticket. February 14, doors at 10 p.m., $20 men, $10 women, locals free.

Valentine’s Lingerie & Masquerade Ball at Erotic Heritage Museum Cupid rules on Thursday, but EHM turns up the heat the night after V-Day with its annual strip-to-your-skivvies celebration. This year’s theme is “Angels in Bondage,” and the museum encourages attendees to get creative with their costumes and take part in the “naughty prom” photo opp at this sexy, 18-plus soiree. February 15, 9 p.m., $10 if in full costume and mask, $15 if not.

Weekly Fling at Body English We love a good party so much, sometimes we just have to throw our own! Join us Friday at the HRH nightspot for a post-V-Day rager, complete with complimentary cocktails by Stoli and Milagro (with RSVP) and DJs Richard Beynon, Chris Kennedy and MICS on the decks. February 15, doors at 10 p.m., $30 men ($20 local men), $20 women ($10 local women), RSVP at lasvegasweekly.com/fling for free entry.

6th AnniBREWsary Bash at Boulder Dam Brewing The Boulder City brewery celebrates six years slinging beers Saturday night. Jam to live local music and enjoy a pint of the to-be-tapped 6th Anniversary Ale. Still not sold? The brewpub’s “Hoppy Hour” specials (including $3 Boulder Dam drafts) run all night, and attendees have a shot at a Hawaiian vacation. February 16, 7 p.m., free entry.

Avicii at XS The Swedish superstar returns Saturday night to play another date of his Wynn residency. Also supplying sound: resident DJ Warren Peace. February 16, doors at 10 p.m., $75 men, $30 women.

Miguel at Pure Don’t know who Miguel is? Neither did Kelly Clarkson before the Grammys, but after her acceptance speech we’re expecting a collabo track soon. Check out “Adorn,” which won Miguel the golden gramophone for Best R&B Song Sunday night. Here’s hoping he steals the mic while hosting Pure’s industry bash. February 19, doors at 10 p.m., $30 men, $20 women, locals free.

KarmaLoop & Plndr Afterparty at Moon Twice a year, when MAGIC comes to town, the city is spoiled with a preview of next season’s hottest styles and a lineup of stellar afterparties. Weezer at Haze The veteran alt-rockers play a set at Aria Tuesday, as Haze opens its doors for the always-epic AG Jeans’ MAGIC afterparty. In the booth: resident DJ Karma. February 19, doors at 9 p.m., $40 men, $20 women.
