CollectiveZoo kicked off the latest edition of Pool Party Safari at Rumor pool Sunday, with DJs Zack the Ripper and B-Radical on the decks. The formerly traveling party series’ pool toys and inflatable slides will be sticking to Rumor this year, but the series wraps up at the end of summer with a river float in Bullhead City, Arizona (date TBD).

Looking for your 15 minutes? Kirill Was Here, the infamous party photographer known for raunchy shots from debaucherous parties, will be hosting his first Vegas event at Lavo July 21. The club will hold its inaugural “Champagne Facial” contest, with Kirill taking the pics so you don’t get Moët on your phone while snapping a selfie.

LeBron James took over Tao Saturday for the Heat Repeat Championship party celebrating his team’s back-to-back NBA rings. At one point, he was joined by boxer and friend Floyd Mayweather Jr., proclaiming that Floyd should only be called “Money Mayweather” and he should be referred to as “King James.” James continued the party the following night in Lavo’s VIP section with DJ Vice.

DJ Pauly D celebrated his birthday Saturday, spinning at Haze and blowing out the candles on a huge, equalizer-shaped cake. Ciara put on a few favorite jams in celebration of her new album at 1 Oak Friday, and Chingy performed at LAX with Mark “The Filipino Wrecking Machine” Munoz in attendance following his UFC appearance.

And this weekend, Jon Taffer of Spike’s Bar Rescue puts on the citywide On the Rocks bash, which includes events at 20 nightclubs and eight pools. There’s even a “YOLO Package,” so you know the guy means business.
