Chad Thai & Wine is the brainchild of Bank Atchawaran, who hails from a restaurant family and who worked his way up at the acclaimed Lotus of Siam, where he managed the dining room and wine list for several years.
Atchawaran's new Chinatown restaurant features a compact and affordable wine list and a menu that puts twists on family Thai dishes as well as offers items you can't get elsewhere, says Brock Radke, of the Las Vegas Weekly. Read the review.

The restaurant is open for lunch from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday and for dinner from 5:30 p.m. to 3 a.m. daily.
