Established in 2002, The Cracked Egg is a locally owned and operated breakfast and lunch restaurant with four locations across the Las Vegas Valley. Their specialty breakfasts range from scrambles and skillets to omelettes and eggs benedict. They also offer homemade coffee cake and many varieties of pancakes and French toast. The lunch menu is a great mix of homemade soups, salads, sandwiches and burgers. They also have a new gluten sensitive menu.
