Formerly located in the Palazzo on the Strip, Dos Caminos hasopened a new Las Vegas restaurant in Summerlin. The high-end, high style Mexican restaurant and lounge started in New York City and also has locations in Atlantic City, N.J., and Fort Lauderdale, Fla. Chef Ivy Stark has a menu that includes asada tacos, Mexico City style quesadillas and fresh guacamole as well as signature margaritas.
Brunch is 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays and a Sunset meal is from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays. Dinner is 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. Sundays through Thursdays and from 4 p.m. to midnight Fridays and Saturdays.
