The husband-wife duo of restauranteur Elizabeth Blau and chef Kim Canteenwalla opened Honey Salt in lat 2012 in the Summerlin area. The restaurant serves a menu of comfort food that balances healthy, farm-fresh choices with some straight-up satisfying fare.
