Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten delivers a modern steakhouse with a menu featuring meat from around the world from places such as Japan, Argentina and Uruguay. The condiments range from homemade steak sauces and mustards to rubs, spices and flavored salts that are served with the meats. A wine “forest" is featured at its central bar and lounge that extends through the restaurant.
Brock Radke, the Las Vegas Weekly's restaurant reviewer, listed the restaurant among the top steakhouses in Las Vegas, calling it "a modern menu from the master."
