The 24-foot chandelier made from 15,000 hand-blown glass spheres and the breathtaking view of the city aren't the only things that make miX in Las Vegas a dazzling dining experience. The restaurant by celebrity chef Alain Ducasse features classic French and American dishes with global accents, making for a perfect fine dining experience.
Some signature dishes include: Spicy Crab Salad with guacamole, heart of palm & cilantro; pepper crusted bison tenderloin with glazed vegetable and black pepper sauce; Roasted Maine lobster "Au Curry" with coconut basmati rice; and miX Candy Bar with coconut/lime sorbet.
The restaurant has been honored with multiple AAA Four Diamond awards, One Michelin Star, and Mobil Four Star awards.
