Located inside THEhotel's grand loby, The Cafe is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. chef Jay Calimlim provides a variety of cuisines, including Safe Harbor sustainable seafood, all-natural meat and produce and homegrown herbs from Mandalay Bay's own greenhouse. The Cafe is also known for its handcrafted Bloody Marys.
