Bay Area men's grill hits Downtown with a vengeance at this snazzy venue with tall mahogany booths, white-jacketed waiters and cooking that helped make San Francisco a culinary oasis: cioppino, petrale sole, and Louie seafood salads. Pastries by self-taught Teresa Borowski are fabulous, too.
