Vic's New American Restaurant

Vic's New American Restaurant

Description

The 180-seat restaurant opened March 2, promising unobstructed views of Las Vegas with a menu Chef Vic "Vegas" Moea, former contestant on the "Next Food Network Star," is calling country club meets rock 'n' roll. "To me, the experience at Vic’s will be like being seated in the rear of a Bentley while cranking up “Welcome to the Jungle” with someone like The Rock as your chauffeur,” he told the Las Vegas Sun's Ron Sylvester.
The menu features starters such as meatloaf spring rolls and a salad of watermelon, mozzarella and arugula. Entries include a 16-ounce broiled double-boned, center-cut pork chop with his grandmother's stuffing, topped with broth of caramel apple and butter whiskey. For dessert, expect deep-fried Nutter Butter cookies with a chambord Welch’s grape juice reduction and crème brûlée bread pudding.
Vic’s serves dinner from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Lunch is expected to be added later.
