Yagyu Yakiniku is the only Japanese Yakiniku restaurant in Las Vegas. Japanese barbecue, or Yakiniku, is traditionally grilling bite-sized portions of meat at your table, dipping them in sauce, then eating them with a variety of side dishes. Yagyu serves only USDA premium quality meats, intensely marbled, and gristle free. From the original owner of Sushi-Mon, Yagyu provides Las Vegas with anauthentic Japanese BBQ experience.
