It's not every day you get to peak into the kitchen of a James Beard award-winning chef, but Alex Stratta of Alex restaurant at the Wynn was kind enough to invite us behind the line of his fabulous restaurant. On October 24, Chef Stratta will be serving a seven course dinner at Alex as part of The James Beard Foundation's Taste America. We sat down with the former Iron Chef to talk consistency and Michelin and to learn where he goes for a good bite.
