SEE

July 4 Fireworks! Station Casinos doesn’t care that the holiday falls midweek, with fireworks shows starting at 9 p.m. at Aliante Station, Green Valley Ranch, Fiesta Rancho, Texas Station and Red Rock Resort. Neither do the 51s, whose game against the Tucson Padres includes a family carnival and “Fireworks Extravaganza” for your $14 ticket. And Henderson is celebrating at Mission Hills Park, with all-ages entertainment, concessions and, yes, fireworks (park at Foothill High School; a free shuttle begins at 5:30 p.m.). It’s going to be a dazzling Wednesday.

Morphological Alchemy Zak Ostrowski, one of our favorite artists, who creates amazing sculptures with exotic wood, has taken up residence at the Cosmopolitan’s P3 Studio. Through July 15, Wednesday-Sunday, 6-11 p.m.
