HEAR

Nine Inch Nails Seats for the iconic alt-rockers’ Vegas return have been sold out for months, but a quick scan of eBay shows tickets selling relatively near the original $71-$81 price point (Craigslist, by comparison, looks like a scalp zone), and you can always hope for an on-site miracle. Considering NIN hasn’t been in town for more than four years—and that dramatic instrumentalists Explosions in the Sky are also on the bill this time—fans shouldn’t count themselves out until the lights go down. November 15 & 16, $71-$81, the Joint.

White Lung Singer Mish Way’s shouty vocals and brightly bleached hair will have you thinking “Courtney Love 2.0,” and that’s probably what the Canadian punk trio is going for. Throw in the group’s earth-shattering percussion and shiny, metallic guitar licks and you’ve got the makings of a promising circle pit. With Antwon, Candy Warpop, November 14, 9 p.m., $8-$10, Beauty Bar.

Keith Lockhart & the Boston Pops Esplanade Orchestra This performance from “America’s Orchestra” promises something for everyone, from Gershwin and Ellington to Queen and the movie music of John Williams. Call it classical fun. November 17, 5 p.m. $39-$149, Smith Center’s Reynolds Hall.

GO

The Salzburg Marionette Theatre lands at the Smith Center this weekend.

Salzburg Marionette Theatre As if Alice’s trek through Wonderland weren’t trippy enough, these master puppeteers bring it to life on the miniature stage, along with other classics like Hansel & Gretel and The Sound of Music. Part of the troupe’s 100th anniversary celebration, this four-day showcase will make jaws drop. Shows vary by day. November 14-17, 6 p.m.; November 16 & 17, 2 p.m., $15-$40, Smith Center’s Troesh Studio Theater.

EAT

Sunset Park'd More than 30 food trucks from Chi Town Hustler and Haulin’ Balls to Sausagefest and Sin City Dogs will turn Sunset Park into an outdoor food court for this all-ages event. Live music from Crash Kings, The Remedies, Lady Reiko & Sin City Prophets and others add to the tasty fun. November 16, noon-10 p.m., free admission.

BUY

Playstation 4 If you haven't pre-ordered it already, you’re screwed. But don’t give up yet. Most retailers like Fry’s Electronics are having a midnight release. Pick one up and flip it on eBay. Thank us later. November 15, $399.
