People come to Las Vegas from all over the world to see and do things they can’t experience anywhere else. Soon they’ll be able to step inside a chocolate chip cookie, spend time with a life-size unicorn named Cornelius and hop into a pot of gold at the end of a rainbow.

Those are just a few of the immersive, multi-sensory activities that comprise Happy Place, a pop-up exhibit coming to Mandalay Bay on August 23. The installation will be produced by Faculty Productions and Live Nation Las Vegas and was conceptualized by Jared Paul, a talent manager who works with New Kids on the Block, Il Divo and other acts.

Happy Place features 15,000 square feet of space, and Urban Daddy called it “the most Instagrammable pop-up in America.” Among its rooms are the Super Bloom, filled with 40,000 handmade gold flowers; an Upside Down room that defies gravity; the world’s largest indoor confetti dome; and the signature Rubber Ducky Bathtub of Fun.

The installation has toured LA, Chicago, Toronto and Boston and will include new features unique to Las Vegas. It will be open daily from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. and is scheduled to stay at Mandalay Bay through January. General admission tickets will start at $30 and go on sale August 3 at happyplace.me/tickets.

“Happy Place exists to provide an oasis for people of all ages and backgrounds to come together and embrace moments of happiness in their everyday lives,” Paul said in a press statement. “I am thrilled that we are coming to Las Vegas, which is already full of so much joy and happy.”

Happy Place will also bring its charity Lemonade Stand to Las Vegas, with proceeds benefitting several local charities. Happy Place has donated more than $100,000 to local groups in four other cities.
