Tell everyone that a movie is so disgusting, vile and reprehensible that it should never be viewed by anyone, and there’s a certain subset of people who will immediately put that movie at the top of their must-see list. All of those people flocked to see Tom Six’s The Human Centipede (First Sequence) last year, intrigued by the gross-out premise of several victims sewn together ass-to-mouth by a sadistic scientist. Six’s new sequel, The Human Centipede II (Full Sequence), is about 10 times as nasty and exponentially more explicit, showing in great detail all of the gross, stomach-turning moments that the original left to the imagination. It’s disgusting, vile and reprehensible and should never be viewed by anyone, and that’s why the exclusive Vegas showings at the Sci Fi Center will probably be packed. Under its shock value, Centipede II is just self-aggrandizing and smug, so audiences may come away feeling cheated, but they’ll still be able to tell their friends they made it through the experience.
