Josh Strickland's 'Report to the Floor' at LAX

This has become one super-close-knit family, each member supporting the other when love and loyalty call. Last night was singer Josh Strickland’s first live performance of his debut song “Report to the Floor,” which has blazed up the iTunes dance charts, landing in the Top 5 in just one week of release.

Holly Madison, his co-star in Peepshow at Planet Hollywood and on Holly’s World on E!, brought along their gal pals Angel Porrino and Laura Croft to LAX at the Luxor to cheer on Josh at his premiere. They turned on the glamour and the charm to make it a starry salute. Josh, from Charleston, S.C., was a Season 2 American Idol contestant who also appeared on All My Children before landing the title role in Broadway’s Tarzan before moving to Las Vegas two years ago.

Contributing photographer Scott Harrison was on late night and early morning duty for our VegasDeLuxe.com photo gallery as Josh captivated the crowd and won a new legion of fans. Just 24 hours earlier, Josh had begun filming the dance sequences of the video for “Report to the Floor” at Krave at Planet Hollywood’s Miracle Mile.

After his crowd-pleasing performance, Josh joined Holly, Angel and Laura in a VIP loft, and they stayed for the premiere of Destination Sharam, a monthly DJ residency featuring Grammy Award-winning deejay, producer, songwriter and recording artist Sharam. Josh returns to the recording studio to work on additional songs for his debut EP coming this spring.
