Celebrations were abundant in The Entertainment Capital of the World over the weekend to commemorate everything from birthdays to Spring Break to the beginning of pool season to magazine covers to even a Super Bowl XLV victory for some NFL team from Wisconsin.

Kellan Lutz’s birthday

Twilight heartthrob -- no, not Robert Pattinson or Taylor Lautner! -- Kellan Lutz (Emmett Cullen) celebrated his 26th birthday at Pure at Caesars Palace with his dad Brad and his brother Brandon, who was celebrating his bachelor party. The weekend included a party of 10 for dinner at Social House at Crystals at CityCenter.

On the red carpet outside Pure, Lutz sported a maroon sweater that showed off his fit physique and relaxed dark jeans. Lutz, who recently moved to Venice, Calif., is releasing his own line of jeans with L.A.-based Dylan George. He said that he’s in no rush to settle down. “I love being in relationships, but I’m so focused on work right now, I just don’t really have time to be in one and to give a relationship what it really needs,” he said. Guess it really is over with AnnaLynne McCord! Lutz was presented with a four-tier birthday cake inside Pure, and the all-male entourage partied the night away.

Emmanuelle Chriqui for Vegas

Entourage star Emmanuelle Chriqui, with co-star Kevin Connolly, celebrated the spring fashion issue of our colleague Vegas magazine at 23rd floor The Mandarin Bar at Mandarin Oriental with Publisher Josef Vann and Editor Abby Tegnelia. Guests toasted the HBO stars, whose series ends after this Season 8, with Smart Water and Avion Tequila. The March cover girl is featured wearing Robert Cavalli in her photo shoot.

Chriqui talks about Entourage in the Vegas feature: “My career has become divided into ‘before Entourage’ and ‘after

Entourage.’ I feel like Sloan is always red carpet ready, and I’m not. I will go out in my sweats and no makeup and a baseball cap, and no one will say anything. Nothing. But I put on heels and some makeup and have my hair done, and I’m instantly recognized.” Connolly said things might not be over yet for Entourage -- is there a movie in the making? The co-stars dined at Chef Pierre Gagnaire Twist after the party.

Mario Lopez’s date night

Extra host and actor Mario Lopez made a stop at XS at the Encore to close out his date night with girlfriend and baby mama Courtney Mazza. While in town, the couple watched Twyla Tharp’s Sinatra: Dance With Me at Encore Theater at the Wynn and the Miguel Cotto and Ricardo Mayorga bout at MGM Grand Garden Arena.

They also dined at Bartolotta and the Wynn before going to XS to say hello to their friend Managing Partner Jesse Waits and enjoy cocktails at their VIP booth.

Danny Masterson’s birthday

Friends and family of actor and DJ Danny Masterson gathered at Lavo at the Palazzo to celebrate his 35th birthday. The party of more than 40 enjoyed dinner before the guest of honor was presented with a cake depicting him playing golf. The group took over an entire row of VIP tables upstairs in the boutique nightclub and included his fiancee Bijou Phillips and siblings Chris, Jordan, Alanna and Will. Juliette Lewis, Eric Balfour, Cameron Richardson, Michael Pena and Julian Casablancas from The Strokes also were spotted toasting the birthday boy.

Danny was presented with a second cake, this one symbolizing his DJ moniker DJ Mom Jeans, before heading to the booth to spin a set, where former co-star Wilmer Valderrama joined him to hype up the partygoers.

Green Bay Packers

Members of the Super Bowl XLV champion Green Bay Packers celebrated their win at Tao at The Venetian. Linebackers Brad Jones, Nick Barnett and Diyral Briggs and safety Morgan Burnett dined at the restaurant before heading up to a moat skybox overlooking the nightclub. The group celebrated at a table stocked with Patron, Grey Goose and Hennessy and was presented with a giant trophy cake as DJ Reach let the crowd know that the champions were in the house.

Barnett hopped into the booth with DJ Reach to shout out to the packed club. Another Super Bowl champ was partying at Tao, as former NFL pro Jerome Bettis arrived around 2:30 a.m. Bernard Berrien of the Minnesota Vikings also was at Tao.

Sports stars at Beso and Eve

Eva Longoria’s Beso Steakhouse and Eve Nightclub at Crystals in CityCenter hosted four legends of sports: Evander Holyfield, Hines Ward, Joey Porter and Bettis. Holyfield and his wife Candi enjoyed dinner at Beso prepared by Executive Chef Matt Piekarski before making their way upstairs to a VIP table at Eve.

Former Pittsburgh Steelers teammates Ward and Bettis enjoyed dinner with friends before partying with bottles of Ketel One upstairs at their VIP table overlooking the dance floor, with the party led by DJ Supra. Flavor Flav also partied at Eve.

Dane Cook’s birthday

Comedian and actor Dane Cook celebrated his early 39th birthday at Tao, enjoying dinner before heading upstairs to the nightclub. On the red carpet, Cook talked excitedly about going to SXSW and then New York to star in Neil LaBute’s production of Fat Pig. Cook had a VIP table on the dance floor and was presented with a cake from Gimme Some Sugar. He got on the mic, telling the crowd to “dance, have a great time and get naked later.” Cook, who has never had alcohol in his life(!), stuck to water as he danced and celebrated until 4:30 a.m.

Also at Tao, continuing his birthday after starting the day before at Lavo, was Masterson, who dined with Phillips, Balfour, Pena, Lewis, Ethan Suplee and other friends and family. In the nightclub, DJ Vice led the crowd singing “Happy Birthday.” Matt Kemp of the Los Angeles Dodgers also dined at Tao with several teammates before heading to sister hotspot Marquee at The Cosmopolitan.
