The Killers are getting into the Christmas spirit once again with the release of “Christmas in L.A.,” their eighth annual holiday single for the nonprofit (RED).

The hometown boys teamed up with Angelenos Dawes for the tune, which, contrary to its title, was recorded here in Vegas in their own Battle Born Studios with producer Steve Lillywhite. As with the Killers’ past Christmas singles, all proceeds from the song’s sales will go to the Global Fund to fight AIDS. “Christmas in L.A.” is currently available for purchase exclusively on iTunes.

The song's somewhat wonky video features Owen Wilson having an existential chat with the voice of Harry Dean Stanton and animation from students at Brigham Young University. You can check it out over at Rolling Stone here.
