Beyonce, Marc Anthony, Wavves and more announce Vegas shows

From pop to indie to folk-punk, get your concert fix with this week’s new concert announcements and on-sales:

The Queen’s reign continues: Following this weekend’s upcoming show, Beyoncé will bring her Mrs. Carter World Tour back to Vegas for a victory lap on Dec. 6 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena. Tickets range from $53 to $253 and go on sale Monday, July 1 at 10 a.m. via Ticketmaster, with specialized pre-sales on Friday, June 28.

Crooner Marc Anthony returns to Vegas with a show at the Pearl at the Palms on Friday, Sept. 13. Tickets range from $171 to $271 and are on sale now via Ticketmaster.

A slate of indie favorites will come to the Boulevard Pool at the Cosmopolitan to round out its Set Your Life to Music concert series. LA’s Wavves will stop by on Thursday, Aug. 29 touring behind their fourth record Afraid of Heights; tickets cost $15. Frenetic quintet Minus The Bear will perform on Thursday, Sept. 12, with tickets priced at $20; and Grammy-nominees The Avett Brothers will play on Sunday, Oct. 6. Tickets for all shows go on sale today, June 28 at 10 a.m. through Ticketmaster and the Cosmopolitan Box Office.

Rising R&B songstress Jessie Ware will wrap up her headlining fall tour at the House of Blues at Mandalay Bay on Friday, Nov. 22. Tickets to see the “Devotion” singer cost $25 and are on sale now through Ticketmaster and the House of Blues Box Office.

Alt-rockers Blue October stop by the House of Blues on Tuesday, Oct. 15 touring behind their latest release Sway. Tickets range from $20 to $26 and are on sale now through Ticketmaster and the Hard Rock Box Office.

Also coming to the House of Blues is guitar legend Steve Vai, who will perform behind his Story of Light tour this fall with a show on Saturday, Oct. 19. Tickets range from $29.50 to $35 and are on sale now at the Hard Rock Box Office and on Ticketmaster.

Singer-songwriter Edwin McCain has announced an upcoming show at Vinyl at the Hard Rock for Thursday, Sept. 26. Tickets to see the “I’ll Be” singer range from $37.50 to $57.50 and go on sale today, June 28 at noon at the Hard Rock Box Office and on Ticketmaster.

British folk-punk singer Frank Turner and his band The Sleeping Souls will come the Hard Rock Cafe on the Strip for a show with The Smith Street Band and Koo Koo Kanga Roo on Saturday, Oct. 12. Tickets cost $17 in advance and $20 the day of and are on sale now through Ticketweb.com.

Also on sale are tickets to see crooners Drake and Miguel, who last week announced an upcoming show at the MGM Grand Garden Arena on Friday, Nov. 22 as part of their extensive national tour. Tickets range from $59.75 to $109.75 and go on sale at 8 p.m. today, Jun 28 through Ticketmaster.
