And the final additions to Life Is Beautiful’s local music lineup are … hip-hop party-starters Rhyme N Rhythm, folky female sextet Dusty Sunshine, disco-popsters Goldboot, rapper Ekoh and singer-songwriter Turner, a transplant from Australia.
That quintet of acts joins a throng of already-announced Vegas outfits that includes Most Thieves, Rusty Maples, Kid Meets Cougar, Same Sex Mary, The Dirty Hooks, Crazy Chief, A Crowd of Small Adventures, Haleamano and American Cream. They’ll all join touring headliners like The Killers, Kings of Leon, Beck, Vampire Weekend and Imagine Dragons for the two-day festival, October 26 and 27 on the streets of Downtown.
Among notables who showcased for festival organizers, such local-scene mainstays as The Clydesdale, Black Camaro, Twin Brother, The All-Togethers, Avalon Landing, Coastwest Unrest, Trevor and the Joneses, HighDro, Hassan and Totescity weren’t selected to perform next month.
