Concert on-sales: Steely Dan, Violent Femmes, Chicago and more

Grammy-winning jazz-rock band Steely Dan is headed to the Colosseum July 19, with support from “Higher Love” singer and multi-instrumentalist Steve Winwood. Tickets are $59.50-$225 and go on sale February 26 at 10 a.m. at axs.com.

Veteran rockers Chicago play the Pearl July 9, just a couple months after they join the ranks of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in April. Tickets are $69-$188 and go on sale February 26 at noon at ticketmaster.com.

Violent Femmes are set to release We Can Do Anything, their first album in more than 15 years, March 4. Here’s hoping some of that new material (in addition to early hits like “Blister in the Sun” and "Add It up") makes the setlist for their May 5 tour stop at Brooklyn Bowl. Tickets are $35-$60 and go on sale February 26 at 10 a.m. at ticketfly.com.

Likely best-known for their 1998 hit “Iris,” alt-rockers Goo Goo Dolls are touring to support their upcoming 11th album, Boxes. Tickets to their September 16 show at the outdoor Downtown Las Vegas Events Center are $39.50 and go on sale February 26 at 10 a.m. at ticketmaster.com.

Grammy-winning country crooner-turned-actor Dwight Yoakam is headed to the Venetian Theatre for a two-night engagement June 3-4. Tickets to the shows start at $37 and go on sale February 26 at 10 a.m. at venetian.com/dwightyoakam.

Metal supergroup Hellyeah joins Vegas-birthed hard-rock act Escape the Fate at the Foundry June 5. Tickets to the show are $25 and go on sale February 26 at 10 a.m. at foundrylv.com.
