Concert on-sales: J Balvin, A Perfect Circle and Billie Joe Armstrong‘s new band

Colombian superstar J Balvin’s next Vegas show is a biggie. The “Mi Gente” singer and in-demand pop collaborator has landed a September 28 date at Mandalay Bay Events Center. Tickets range from $40 to $350 and go on sale 10 a.m. Friday, April 27 at axs.com.

Fresh from a headlining performance at Las Rageous, A Perfect Circle already has its next Vegas date lined up: November 18, at The Chelsea. Tickets range from $39 to $129 and go on sale 10 a.m. Friday, April 27 at ticketmaster.com.

Green Day singer/guitarist Billie Joe Armstrong is debuting a new band, The Longshot—rounded out by Jeff Matika, Kevin Preston and David S. Field—with a 10-show tour of intimate U.S. venues, and our own Beauty Bar made the list. The May 4 show goes on sale Monday, April 30 at ticketbat.com, with tickets priced at $28. Note: Tickets are limited to two per buyer, to be held at will call the night of the performance and picked up by buyers presenting their credit card and ID (with matching names).

Alt-rock veteran act The Breeders are slated to return to Las Vegas nearly four years after playing the Bunkhouse in 2014. They play Brooklyn Bowl on July 20, with $30-$35 tickets on sale 10 a.m. Friday, April 27 at ticketfly.com.

And speaking of alt-rock stalwarts, Garbage will celebrate the 20th anniversary of its Grammy-nominated Version 2.0 album at the Chelsea with an October 5 show (tickets: $25-$59 tickets). And Alanis Morissette has added a second Pearl date after selling out her first. Tickets for her new September 29 date range from $59 to $259. Also headed to the Pearl: country favorite Zac Brown Band (September 21; $89-$279), electronic music up-and-comer Zhu (October 20; $45-$137) and a revived Simple Minds (October 21; $39-$129). All tickets go on sale 10 a.m. Friday, April 27 at Ticketmaster.

British electronic producer/DJ SG Lewis, who just released the excellent Dusk EP, signs on for an October 16 gig at Vinyl. Tickets range from $20 to $25 and go on sale 10 a.m. Friday, April 27 at nightout.com.

Beloved hip-hop duo Method Man & Redman head to Brooklyn Bowl on July 6, with $38-$57 tickets going on sale midnight Friday, April 27 at Ticketfly.

Country singer/songwriter Dylan Scott heads to Rocks Lounge inside Red Rock Resort on June 1; $25 tickets go on sale 10 a.m. Friday, April 27 at ticketmaster.com.

Buffalo-bred indie act Lemuria are set to play Beauty Bar on August 12, with $15 tickets on sale 10 a.m. Friday, April 27 at Ticketbat.
