Haven't scored any tickets to the highly anticipated The Book of Mormon run at the Smith Center this month? You might be in luck.

It was announced today that the producers of the Tony-winning musical are offering a ticket lottery in each city during the production’s national tour, which kicks off right here in Las Vegas at the Downtown performing arts center.

Twenty tickets will be available at each performance throughout the production’s four-week run, priced at $25 per ticket. Lottery tickets will be for seats located throughout the audience until June 16 due to the seating of the Smith Center’s usual subscribers; thereafter, each ticket will be for seats in the first row of Reynolds Hall’s orchestra section.

So, want to join elders Kevin Price and Arnold Cunningham on their mission to Uganda? The lottery will open up at the Smith Center box office two and a half hours before each performance, and winners will be drawn two hours prior to the curtain. One entry is allowed per person, per day (though winners can purchase two tickets), and winners must be present at the time of the drawing with a valid ID.

This is the first ticket lottery held at the Smith Center since the national tour of Wicked graced the Reynolds Hall stage in August 2012, which served as the premiere for the performing arts center’s inaugural, full-length Broadway Las Vegas series.

The Book of Mormon plays on select dates from June 10 to July 6. For more information, visit thesmithcenter.com.
