Settebello:You can munch this acclaimed, authentic Neapolitan pizza in Salt Lake City and Farmington, Utah, as well as Pasadena now, but it all started in Henderson in 2005.

Double Down Saloon:The legendary 20-year-old dive bar took Ass Juice east four years ago when it expanded to New York City’s East Village.

Lotus of Siam:Chef/owner Saipin Chutima expanded this off-Strip favorite to Greenwich Village in 2010, though the Vegas owners pulled out months later, and the restaurant is now closed.

Fukuburger: Several local food trucks have added brick-and-mortar restaurant spaces, but Fuku did it in Hollywood last year, partnering with Pink Taco’s Harry Morton.
