Overheard amidst the luxury swag blitz at the Kari Feinstein Style Lounge on Main Street Sunday afternoon, a rep for the heiress' says that Paris is planning yet another birthday celebration for herself at Body English just as she did two years ago on February 17, 2007, this time on February 21; says a rep for the Hard Rock, the event is "not yet confirmed."
