A character on NBC’s Parks & Recreation once wondered why people would eat anything but breakfast. Maybe they just haven’t sampled the fare at Home Fries, a fresh slice of morning goodness across from the Hard Rock Hotel. Particularly scrumptious is the Eggs Benedict, one of the finest incarnations of the French classic I’ve ever had. It couldn’t be simpler—three poached eggs piled on an English muffin with Canadian bacon and topped with Hollandaise—but every ingredient achieves maximum taste impact, particularly the sauce, which brings everything into harmonious balance.
