Todd English's Olives offers special menus for lunch and dinner on Thanksgiving Day. For lunch, start with a creamy butternut squash soup and Waldorf-style apple salad. Entrees include free-range turkey breast, roasted leg of lamb, chili-rubbed prime rib of beef or turkey leg lasagna. For dessert, enjoy a pumpkin creme caramel. At Sensi, enjoy a Thanksgiving meal that starts with roasted chestnut soup, caramelized butternut squash, guanciale and Gilcrease cider reduction. The entree is a Thanksgiving platter with slow-roasted free-range turkey, Niman Ranch smoked pork cheeks, grilled fall vegetable terrine and forest mushroom. The Osteria del Circo offers a special tasting menu that includes quail and foie gras terrine served with quince marmalade, spiced bread, vanilla bean and Marsala wine reduction; roasted pumpkin risotto with black truffles and mascarpone cheese, pear and arugula salad with pomegranate, tomino cheese and chibatta crostini; plus a turkey platter with all the traditional accompaniments. For dessert, enjoy a pumpkin souffle or pecan pie both served with ice cream. The tasting menu is $85, or items can be ordered a la carte. RM Seafood offers a holiday menu with roasted turkey with corn bread stuffing, mashed potatoes and cranberry and orange stuffing. The meal is $45.

Strip House offers a Thanksgiving feast in addition to its regular menu. Chef Dustin Rixey's dinner features roasted turkey paired with chestnut-apple bread stuffing, balsamic-cranberry sauce, confit giblet gravy, butternut squash puree and haricots vert. Stripsteak, a Michael Mina Restaurant, offers grilled turkey breast and confit of leg with Tasso ham and apple stuffing, green bean casserole, garlic mashed potatoes, bourbon bacon yams, homemade cranberry sauce and giblet gravy. Fleur by Hubert Keller offers a special tasting menu for lunch and dinner featuring lobster bisque and fresh field green salad followed by roasted turkey with rosemary stuffing, potato puree, vegetable medley and cranberry plus pumpkin pie for dessert. Aureole's holiday menu features a mosaic of diver scallop and black winter truffle followed by roasted pumpkin ravioli and Maine lobster followed by pan seared Utah bison tenderloin and an Aureole tart sampler for dessert. Guests also may substitute a roasted New Hampshire turkey for tenderloin. For a more intimate experience, enjoy dining in the Swan Court including welcome canapes, a pre-dessert course and complimentary chocolates in addition to dinner. Guests may choose between spinach and roasted beet salad or lobster bisque soup to begin the meal, followed by homemade butternut squash gnocchi. Mirage:

Onda Ristorante's Thanksgiving menu begins with an antipasta plate followed by a roasted heirloom beet salad and wild mushroom soup. The traditional turkey dinner includes roasted free-range turkey with giblet gravy, cranberry and pine nut caponata, green beans, sage focaccia, Yukon gold potato polenta and candied yams. Thanksgiving dinner at Kokomo's begins with a duet of appetizers including roasted pumpkin soup and truffle creme and lobster cake or a duo of lump crab and American caviar and shrimp. Guests may choose between the oven-roasted turkey and gravy with stuffing, sweet potato and pecans or the slow-roasted prime rib with celery root, potato gratin and asparagus for the main course. Carnegie Deli is adding three dishes to the menu for Thanksgiving, including the gargantuan Thanksgiving sandwich filled with turkey, cranberry jelly, traditional stuffing, crispy onion and cranberry-pecans packed into a sage roll and served with a side of gravy for $19.99. The Carnegie Thanksgiving platter with turkey, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, green bean casserole, stuffing, cranberry, gravy and rolls is available for $24.99. And for dessert, Carnegie's cheesecake will be covered in pumpkin caramel sauce and spiced whipped cream for $9.99.

Monte Carlo:

Andre's Restaurant & Lounge serves a holiday meal beginning with a chef-selected Kumamoto oyster, sea water granite and caviar followed by a lobster and corn soup with aged sherry and lemon cream, then a seared jumbo sea scallop accompanied by a potato crepe and saffron sauce. For the entree, enjoy Andre's oven-roasted free-range turkey with herb-nut and dried fruit stuffing, Andre's wild salmon with king crab or apple stuffed pork tenderloin, each served with frisee lettuce and duck confit. Dinner concludes with a choice of apple tarte tatin, pecan pie, pumpkin pie or chocolate pear cobbler. The meal is available from 4 to 9 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day and is $75 per person.
