Gold Coast:

The Cortez Room at the Gold Coast begins its holiday menu with a choice of turkey a la reine soup or salad, followed by a choice of orange roughy roulade or a turkey dinner with all the trimmings, plus a choice of chocolate and pecan strudel, eggnog cheesecake, pumpkin pie or pecan pie for dessert. The Ports O'Call Buffet offers a selection of seasonal soups, a carving station featuring roasted Tom turkey and leg of lamb, plus entrees including Polynesian duck, baked ham, grilled salmon, fried shrimp and cranberry sage stuffing. The meal is served from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and is $13.99 with a B Connected card or $15.99 without it.

Sam's Town:

Billy Bob's Steak House and Saloon kicks off its Thanksgiving dinner menu with a choice of holiday soup or crisp winter salad followed by an entree of roast turkey with fresh gravy served with garlic mashed potatoes, candied yams, green beans and apple and almond stuffing. The Firelight Buffet offers a Thanksgiving Day champagne brunch with all the traditional fixings like mashed potatoes, gravy, bread stuffing, baked mini sweet potatoes, assorted vegetables, mashed sweet potato cobbler, candied yams, plus filet of basa franchise or seared apple glazed pork chops in addition to carving stations and dessert stations. The menu is offered from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and is $13.99 for B Connected members.

Willy and Jose's Cantina offers a three-course dinner from 3 p.m. to closing featuring a choice of soup or salad, a choice of entrees including turkey enchiladas or a traditional turkey dinner with sides, plus a choice of apple or pumpkin pie.

The Orleans:

Canal Street Grille offers a four-course dinner. Start off with duck confit with roasted pear followed by a choice of soup or salad, then a choice of a traditional turkey dinner or the Canal Street Surf & Turf. The French Market Buffet is adding roast turkey and all the trimmings to its buffet, which is $12.99 to $17.99 and is available from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.

The Prime Rib Loft offers a four-course dinner beginning with tomato bruschetta. Next up is a choice of soup or salad followed by a choice of a traditional turkey dinner with all the fixings or a mixed grill platter featuring a petit filet with sauteed prawns. The Flame Steakhouse will serve a Thanksgiving feast beginning with a choice of salad or roasted butternut squash soup. The main course is roasted turkey with giblet gravy, sage dressing, mashed potatoes or candied yams with cranberry sauce and a vegetable medley. Dessert options include pumpkin cheesecake or apple pie. The meal is served from 4 to 10 p.m. and is $16.95.

Fremont:

The Second Street Grill offers a holiday menu featuring a choice of soup or salad followed by a choice of herb-roasted turkey and stuffing with cornbread dressing, garlic mashed potatoes, yams and sauteed green beans; Mongolian rack of lamb with baby vegetables and pesto mashed potatoes; or salmon Florentine with gorgonzola and sundried tomato polenta. Main Street Station:

The Triple 7 Restaurant and Microbrewery offers a Thanksgiving dinner featuring a choice of toasted Tom turkey or baked ham, plus sides like traditional stuffing, candied yams, Yukon gold mashed potatoes and green beans, plus a 16-ounce microbrew. Dessert is a choice of apple or pumpkin pie. The menu is offered from 11 a.m. until 10 p.m. and is $12.95 per person. Call 702-387-1896 for reservations.

Summerlin:

Marie Callender's offers a complete in-restaurant Thanksgiving dinner beginning with a choice of soup or salad, followed by turkey or ham with all of the classic holiday sides, and dessert is a slice of fresh baked pie. Adults are $19.99 and children $8.99. The four local locations will be serving the Thanksgiving menu from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Enjoy a Thanksgiving feast rodizio style at Via Brasil Steakhouse, where the standard menu of more than 14 meats also will include whole roasted turkey carved tableside, plus corn stuffing and all the traditional sides in addition to the salad bar with hot and cold dishes. Dinner, served from 3 to 9 p.m., is $45.99 and lunch, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., is $36.99. Both meals are $14.99 for children 6 to 12, and children 5 and under eat for free.
