T-Bones Chophouse at Red Rock Resort offers appetizers like an apple salad with radicchio and butternut squash bisque with bacon. Entree choices include organic free-range turkey with cornbread and sausage stuffing, fresh cranberry sauce, mashed sweet potatoes and green beans or cedar roast plank salmon with acorn squash. Dessert is spiced pumpkin bread pudding with bourbon vanilla sauce or apple crumble served with apple cider and caramel ice cream. Items are priced a la carte from $8 to $42. STK offers guests turkey with a selection of confit dark meat, apple walnut stuffing and gravy. The menu is $48 per person. Guests also can enjoy a cheesecake melange featuring pumpkin cheesecake with gingersnap crust, raspberry swirl cheesecake with white chocolate macadamia and peanut butter cheesecake with bruleed bananas and peanut butter cookie crust offered for an additional $14. Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill offers a prix-fixe meal starting with a butternut miso soup with lobster followed by an autumn salad with mushrooms and Asian pears. For the main course, Chefs Eric and Bruce Bromberg offer roasted turkey with truffle teriyaki, glazed Kurabota ham with a sake and pineapple glaze and grilled Alaskan king salmon with ume plum beurre blanc, all served family style. Side items include oxtail and oyster stuffing, sauteed Asian broccoli with fried garlic and mashed Japanese sweet potatoes. Dessert is bread pudding with ginger ice cream and caramel sauce. Chef David Myers and Executive Chef Brian Howard of Comme Ca are offering a family-style, prix-fixe dinner that starts with Gilcrease Orchards pumpkin soup. Next is a Waldorf Salad -- petite little gem lettuce, toasted walnuts, granny smith apples, champagne grape gelee and lemon thyme emulsion. For the main course, it's roasted Tom turkey accompanied by Howard's signature foie gras apple stuffing, green bean cassoulet, Comme ca cranberry sauce and giblet gravy. Scott Conant at Scarpetta presents holiday additions to his classic a la carte Italian menu such as roasted pumpkin soup with white truffles for $20, an arugula salad with focaccia croutons for $15 and a poached turkey breast with roasted roulade of leg meat, cranberry sauce, giblet gravy and wild mushroom stuffing for $36. Wicked Spoon Buffet is adding Thanksgiving staples to its food stations. Chef Bradley Manchester will offer specialty items like butternut squash ravioli, pumpkin gnocchi along with candied pepitas and Orecchiette in turkey Bolognese. At the grill and rotisserie, Thanksgiving classics include oyster stuffing, sweet potato and marshmallow casserole, brined turkey breast, bone-in ham and orange cranberry relish. The menu is 4 to 9 p.m. and is $40 per person, $47 for the bottomless mimosas or bloody marys. Children 5 to 12 are $15 and children under 5 are free.

Hard Rock Hotel:

35 Steaks + Martinis offers a four-course dinner. The first course features pork belly or duck confit followed by a second course of pumpkin soup with haricot vert. Entrees include a turkey dinner with brown butter sweet potato stuffing, potato puree and orange ginger cranberry compote or a lamb shank with mushroom risotto. LTO kicks off its holiday meal with a choice of arugula salad or bruschetta. Entrees include spinach- and prosciutto-stuffed turkey breast with roasted potatoes and sauteed rapini or roasted pumpkin fettuccini with herb cream sauce and toasted pumpkin seeds. Mr. Lucky's 24/7 serves Thanksgiving specialties all day and into the night featuring roasted butternut squash soup, an oven-roasted turkey dinner or honey mustard glazed ham with candied yams, Yukon gold mashed potatoes, green beans, cornbread stuffing and cranberry sauce. Dessert options include pumpkin, cherry and apple pies. The meal is priced a la carte and is served from 11 a.m. to 3 a.m.

Pink Taco offers appetizers including smoked chicken and cheese flautas and achiote turkey quesadillas. Entrees include achiote-roasted turkey with chorizo cornbread stuffing and cojita mashed potatoes or shrimp Diablo with cilantro-lime rice. Items are priced a la carte and are offered from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Johnny Smalls offers an all-you-can-eat Thanksgiving meal featuring items such as buffalo turkey wings with cranberry hot sauce, sweet potato tots with maple marshmallow dip, turkey dinner sliders with cranberry mayo and crispy brie lollipops with cranberry orange marmalade. The meal is a la carte or as an AYCE at $19.99 for Rockstar Club members and $24.99 for nonmembers and is offered from 5 to 10 p.m.

Hash House A Go Go's Thanksgiving pork tenderloin.

Hash House a Go Go celebrates Thanksgiving Day with an a la carte menu including pumpkin bisque, roasted turkey breast with stuffing and green beans, grilled pork with mashed yams, linguine with butternut squash and pumpkin cream, plus peach cobbler or pumpkin bread pudding for dessert. Limited reservations will be taken, and walk-ins will be accepted. The restaurant is open Thanksgiving Day at Imperial Palace (702-254-4646), Plaza (702-797-1500) and M Resort (702-797-1500) from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. with Thanksgiving specials from 11 a.m. to closing. The Sahara location is closed Thanksgiving.

The Barrymore at Royal Resort offers a family-style dinner that includes a tender whole roast turkey carved at the table along with traditional dressing, roasted sweet and whipped potatoes, green beans and cranberry relish.
