Scott Disick's 29th Birthday at 1 OAK

“Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star and model Scott Disick celebrated his belated birthday at 1 OAK in the Mirage on Friday night. (His birthday is May 26, but nobody has time to celebrate their birthdays on their actual birthdays anymore.)

The always fashionable and dapper Disick was dressed in a black suit with a casual and crisp open-buttoned white dress shirt and even managed a grin versus his usual stoic self during the celebration. His birthday group dined at nearby Stack before making their way to the nightclub.

Disick’s entourage included 1 OAK owner Scott Sartiano, Eli Pacino (1 OAK managing partner), controversial “Girls Gone Wild” head honcho Joe Francis and restaurateur and nightlife impresario Chris Reda.

There were no sightings of Kourtney Kardashian, who has a baby boy, Mason Dash, with the birthday boy, or Rob Kardashian and Kim Kardashian, who are both in town this weekend for the 2012 Miss USA Pageant and appearances at Kardashian Khaos and Rehab, respectively.

Disick was presented with a pink, yellow and orange birthday cake at 1 OAK in the shape of his age. His birthday gifts included a life-size towel of Kourtney Kardashian and a fan of Kourtney’s head from presumably Kardashian Khaos. DJ Karma kept the party going at 1 OAK.

It’s safe to say that Las Vegas is Disick’s birthday destination of choice, as he has celebrated here at the Artisan (with Kourtney in 2010) and Gallery in Planet Hollywood last year. Kourtney and Disick also rang in the New Year at Chateau Nightclub & Gardens in Paris Las Vegas.
