After selling out its previous three seasons and raising nearly $70,000 for 30 different local nonprofit organizations, Project Dinner Table is hungry for more. The popular dining event returns for its fourth season on April 20.
Locations and chefs will be announced soon, but the rest of the 2013 schedule includes events on May 18, June 29, Sep. 21, Oct. 19 and Nov. 10.
Focusing on "food, community and purpose," PDT offers a series of dinners served around one long table set in different locations around Southern Nevada, which have included the outfield at Cashman Field and at Gilcrease Orchard. Local chefs and growers and sustainable sources are utilized for each family-style meal. Last year, a record 200 guests attended an event at Symphony Park adjacent to the Smith Center, with cuisine served by the chefs of the Cosmopolitan.
