Four insanely stacked, Vegas-style hot dogs

This ain’t New York City. We don’t just squirt mustard on our hot dogs and call it a day. Nor will we “drag it through the garden” like that famous Chicago dog, loaded down with pickles and crisp vegetables. That’s just not crazy enough for Vegas, but the following four wieners fit the bill, stacked with wild toppings and packed with freaky flavors. Take note, rest of the world: We’re not messing around with our hot dogs.

      Angry Dog

Anger is not the emotion created by consuming this Korean fusion hot dog. Superhappiness would probably be more accurate. It’s loaded with spicy-sweet grilled pork, a tangy Asian slaw, jalapeños and mayo. Add kimchi and accelerate superhappiness. At Buldogis, 2291 S. Fort Apache Road, 570-7560. Monday-Saturday, 11 a.m.-9 p.m.; Sunday, noon-5 p.m.

      Vegas Strip Dog

If you need some time to acclimate to two franks in one bun, fine. It’ll give the cheese more time to melt under Pink’s famous chili and blend together with onions, mustard, guacamole and jalapeños. At Pink’s, Planet Hollywood, 405-4711. Sunday-Thursday, 10:30 a.m.-midnight; Friday & Saturday, 10:30 a.m.-3 a.m. And Pink's at Red Rock Resort, 797-7777. Monday-Friday, 10 a.m.-10 p.m.; Saturday & Sunday, 9 a.m.-10 p.m.

      Cheffini Dog

The “gimme everything on it" order at this late-night hot dog cart results in the most insanely delicious hangover treatment Downtown. Mustard, ketchup, mayo, onion, relish, tomato, bacon, avocado, potato chips, pineapple sauce … don’t stop. It gets better by the bite. At Cheffinis, in front of Emergency Arts. Tuesday-Saturday, 11:30 p.m.-3 a.m.

      Fresh Roasted Chili Dawg

Comically oversized, Gordo’s all-beef “dawgs” have an enjoyable snap to each bite. That is, if your mouth can get through a mountain of spicy and creamy accoutrement: fresh roasted Fresno and jalapeño peppers, avocados, red onion and chipotle ketchup. At Gordon Ramsay BurGR, Planet Hollywood, 785-5555. Sunday-Thursday, 11 a.m.-midnight; Friday & Saturday, 11 a.m.-2 a.m.
