Sprouts Farmers Market to open three new Vegas locations

Image
Sprouts is adding three new Vegas stores. Yum.

In the slice of Venn diagram where Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s and Smith’s meet you’ll find Sprouts Farmers Market. The Phoenix-based grocery chain specializes in organic products, fresh produce and bulk deliciousness—from roasted nuts and grains to snack mix and gummy worms—with surprisingly reasonable prices.

Now, Sprouts is opening three new Las Vegas locations to join established outlets on East Tropicana Avenue and South Rainbow Boulevard. The new stores will expand the grocer’s presence from the Valley’s core, with a Henderson location on 515 N. Stephanie St. opening April 30, followed by another Henderson outpost and a Summerlin store this summer.

Along with the brand’s standard offerings, the new outlets will include expanded delis with made-to-order sandwiches, soup bars and full meat and seafood counters with fresh burgers and sausages.

All new builds, the stores will be located in what Sprouts calls “some of the fastest-growing neighborhoods of the metropolitan area.”

“As with any new Sprouts store, these new Las Vegas area locations were selected based on extensive strategic research into the area,” said Ted Frumkin, senior vice president of business development, via release.

So, Sprouts, how about a sixth store Downtown?
