This Cinco de Mayo, we know you’re thinking about tequila—and how to call-in on Monday so you can drink lots of it. It’s up to you to conjure the ultimate ditch-day plan, but once you’ve got that figured out, we’ve got your Cinco covered. Now go on, put a little arriba in your step.

The Commissary at Downtown Grand

Over the course of six months, Chef Richard Sandoval’s National Beverage Director, Robert Day, helped create the Commissary’s new tequila collection, which includes more than 100 kinds of agave juice. Grab a seat and belly up to the vast menu (which includes Don Julio Patron Real 1942, El Mojito Mezcal and Patron Añejo Grandiose), with prices ranging from $7-$95 a shot, plus $1 tacos and brisket nachos, flautas and quesadillas for $5. 206 N. 3rd St., 702-719-5311.

Nacho Daddy Downtown

Starting on Saturday and flowing through Monday, Nacho Daddy will have DJs and beer trucks to get the spicy festivities going—plus a new acoustic night, Melodies and Margaritas on Sunday from 6-9 p.m. 113 N. 4th St., 702-778-7800.

Tacos & Tequila at Luxor

Don a pair of rooster feet, strap on some balloons and try to stomp that other guy’s balloons in an attempt to win $1,000—and to be dubbed winner of the Cock-A-Doodle-Duel. Playboy Playmate Jessica Burciaga hosts “Sexy de Mayo,” which includes a $5 menu of nachos, habañero wings, chicken quesadillas, flautas, sangria and more. 702-262-5225.

Chayo Mexican Kitchen at the Linq

98.5 FM KLUC’s official Cinco de Mayo bash features Chet Buchanan from the Morning Zoo, a mechanical bull and live DJs, plus $5 margaritas until the last bull ride. Mexico native and executive chef Ernesto Zendejas will feature his pork sopes made with chorizo and queso fresco and quesadilla frita with Oaxacan cheese and poblano peppers. 702-691-3773.

Rockhouse at the Venetian

Throw back a few $5 margaritas and soak up that tequila with $1.50 tacos—like the chicken fajita taco or chorizo and mozzarella taco—available all weekend. Then finish the party off with a ride on Rockhouse’s mechanical bull. 702-731-9683.

Rhumbar and Bare Pool Lounge at the Mirage

Take the fiesta to the Strip and indulge in spicy libations like Milagro margaritas ($8), Spicy Lover cocktails ($12) and a Milagro tequila flight featuring Silver, Reposado and Añejo ($25), or try the new Piña Picante ($14) made with Milagro Reposado Select Barrel tequila, Yellow Chartreuse, fresh cilantro, jalapeño, pineapple juice, agave nectar and lime. Once the tequila has started flowing, head to Bare for its Monday industry party with Blackout artists DJ IKON and DJ Karma. 702-791-7111.

Diablo’s Cantina at Monte Carlo

Catch a performance by the heavy metal mariachi band Metalachi, plus all you can drink draft beer for $25. 702-693-8300.

The Cannery

On Sunday, check out the supreme diva of Mexican pop, Gloria Trevi, at the Club, then return on Cinco De Mayo to the Cannery’s Casa Cocina for all-you-can-eat fajitas and bottomless Dos Equis for $11.99. 2121 E. Craig Road, 702-507-5700.
