There are too many good reasons to buy a ticket to Grills & Guitars, the official LIB kick-off party sponsored by Las Vegas Weekly, and most of ’em are food. You’re not going to get this grub at the festival: The Bromberg brothers are doing tandoori suckling pig; Iron Chef Marc Forgione is bringing pastrami-spiced ribeye; Nancy Silverton is serving fennel-rubbed ribs with apple cider vinegar; and Shawn McClain is grilling Spanish octopus, just to name a few. But it’s about more than stuffing yourself and mingling with celebrity chefs. Vintage Trouble, Sleeper Agent and The All-Togethers will perform, and a portion of the proceeds benefits Three Square.
