The celebrated Simon brunch comes to an end in May after seven years, when the Palms Place restaurant closes its doors. Gone will be the all-you-can-eat menu and buffet highlighted by a sushi chef, Frosted Flakes French toast and the Junk Food platter with pink cotton candy, not to mention the unlimited brunch bar of Bellinis, Bloody Marys, Champagne and mimosas. This poolside brunch featured wonderful natural light, servers in pajamas and hard bodies sunbathing while you devoured another round of chicken and waffles.
