It’s been a big year for Sheridan Su.

First the Las Vegas chef expanded his beloved Flock & Fowl restaurant to a new Downtown location. Then he received a James Beard Award nomination for Best Chef: West. And now, Flock & Fowl has been selected the 2018 champion in the Weekly’s Chicken Wing Bracket.

Readers voted Su’s chicken mecca past northwest Valley favorite Northside Nathan’s in the final round of the tournament, which began with 32 restaurants competing for the title
