The renowned, celebrity-filled culinary festival Vegas Uncork’d by Bon Appétit will return to the Strip for its 12th year May 10-13, featuring appearances by star chefs Giada De Laurentiis, Gordon Ramsay, Guy Savoy, Lorena Garcia, Masaharu Morimoto and more.

The food, wine and spirits festival will also feature chefs, sommeliers and mixologists from Caesars Palace, the Cosmopolitan, the Cromwell, MGM Resorts International, the Venetian and the Palazzo, with Southern Glazer’s Wine and Spirits of Nevada returning as the official distributor.

In a statement, chief marketing officer for the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority Cathy Tull said she looked forward to providing festival guests with “unforgettable experiences alongside the world’s most sought-after chefs,” and Bon Appétit editor in chief Adam Rapoport called Las Vegas “a culinary lover’s dream come true.” “We are thrilled to return this spring to showcase the finest food and beverage the city has to offer,” he continued. “With exquisite programming featuring new restaurants and interactive experiences, this year’s Vegas Uncork’d will be unlike any other.”

Uncork’d also celebrates two long-awaited openings with a Master Series at Gordon Ramsay’s new Hell’s Kitchen restaurant inside Caesars Palace and a coffee tasting with Giada De Laurentiis inside her latest fast-casual restaurant, Pronto.

Expanding on years past, the festival will feature new additions like the Sunset Clambake at the Cosmopolitan, a speakeasy tasting and distillery tour at the Mob Museum, a “Mom-Mosa Brunch” with Chef Lorena Garcia, a Cake Boss demo and lunch with Buddy and Lisa Valastro at the Venetian and a steak and eggs breakfast at CUT by Wolfgang Puck inside the Palazzo.

Festival favorites like the fresh-air Picnic at the Park will continue to take over the MGM Resort’s outdoor dining and entertainment enclave, while the Beauty of Sushi with Chef Nobu Matsuhisa will return to Caesars Palace. The pinnacle event, the Grand Tasting, will also take place at Caesars Palace at the Garden of the Gods Pool Oasis, featuring more than 50 award-winning chefs and more than 100 wines and spirits from around the world.
