Everyone knows about Eataly, the world’s largest Italian food and wine marketplace, but if you haven’t yet experienced Eataly Las Vegas at Park MGM, there’s never been a better time. The 40,000-square-foot venue has expanded its hours and added special programming for the holiday season, but more importantly, this week it launches Restaurant Fest, which showcases its two dining experiences with incredible deals on special two-course menus.
“Some of our guests are not aware that we do have seated restaurants. At most Eatalys there are at least two to three of these restaurants starting with a more casual style to a more elevated service style,” said John Trockel, store director at Eataly Las Vegas.
Why not have some white truffle shaved onto your Restaurant Fest dish?
La Pizza & La Pasta is the more casual option for lunch or dinner, specializing in fresh and dry pasta dishes as well as Neapolitan pizza from Italy’s Rossopomodoro. It’s located just off the Las Vegas Strip and it’s offering a prix fixe for just $18 with two salad selections, two pastas and two pizzas from which to customize your own two-course sampling. If you’re into spicy pizza, definitely go with the Massese, topped with a spicy Neapolitan salami plus San Marzano tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella from Campania.
Eataly’s butcher-inspired fine dining destination Manzo offers a $38 two-course menu for Restaurant Fest, which runs December 9-22. Butternut squash soup or the prosciutto-wrapped Gnocco Fritto pillows of dough are among the first course options, and you can choose to upgrade with a burrata appetizer for $10 more. Manzo’s main dish options include braised shortrib with polenta or pork and veal filled pasta in black truffle butter sauce.
Both restaurants off a wide selection of $25 bottles of wine to supplement your Restaurant Fest meal, and since it’s white truffle season, you can have some shaved onto any dish for an additional price if you’re looking to add a little luxury to your experience.
“There are so many different ways to dine at Manzo and La Pizza & La Pasta during Eataly Restaurant Fest, and with these special prices you can come back as many times as you want,” said Trockel.
