Ingredients
2 oz. Ty Ku Cucumber Sake
¾ oz. Aviation Gin
1 oz. Nagomi Yuzu Syrup
¼ oz. Lemon Juice
2 dashes Cucumber Bitters by Bitter Truth
Fresh Origins Cucumber Blossom for garnish
Method
Combine ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a cucumber blossom.
