“My wife does the cooking at home since I’m at the restaurant five days of the week. When I’m off I’ll pitch in. Most times she’ll set the menu, give me recipes and I have to follow them. I definitely am in charge of the grill and the fryer, so I’m king of grilled steak and French fries, that’s one of the girls (age 12 and 3 1/2) favorite dinners. During the holidays, my wife usually does Thanksgiving while I do Christmas.”
