Lady Gaga, Linkin Park, Bastille and more announce Las Vegas shows

This week’s concert on-sales are a little bit country, a little bit rock and roll. Here’s a look at some new gigs in store for the months ahead:

Country stars Blake Shelton and Luke Bryan will return to host the 49th Academy of Country Music Awards at the MGM Grand Garden Arena on Sunday, April 6, followed by the all-star concert TV special “ACM Presents” on April 7, also at MGM Grand. Tickets for the award show go on sale to the general public via Ticketmaster on Friday, December 13 at 10 a.m., with an ACM A-List Member pre-sale beginning December 10. Prices range from $175 to $550.

The Mother Monster is back: Lady Gaga brings her “artRave: The ARTPOP Ball Tour” to the MGM Grand Garden Arena on Saturday, July 19. No word yet on who the openers will be. Tickets range from $38 to $203 and go on sale this Monday, December 9 through Ticketmaster.

If you missed Justin Timberlake and his “20/20 Experience” tour over Thanksgiving weekend, fear not -- the pop king recently announced a slate of new tour dates for next summer, with a stop at the MGM Grand Garden Arena on Friday, August 8. Tickets are currenty on sale through Ticketmaster for $52.50 to $203.

London pop-rockers Bastille will play the House of Blues at Mandalay Bay on Saturday, April 19 as part of their upcoming spring U.S. tour. Tickets cost $20 and are currently on sale -- and almost sold out -- through Ticketmaster and the House of Blues box office.

Nu-metal kings Linkin Park will be in town soon to play the Joint at the Hard Rock on Friday, January 10, touring behind their latest album Recharged. Tickets start at $85.50 and are on sale now through Ticketmaster and the Hard Rock box office.

Music and sports festival Extreme Thing will return to Desert Breeze Park on Saturday, March 29, running 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. The lineup is to be announced. Tickets go on sale tomorrow at 10 a.m. through Ticketmaster for $10 a pop.

Stephen Malkmus and the Jicks return to Beauty Bar on Wednesday, April 2, touring behind their upcoming record Wig Out At Jagbags. Tickets are a steal at $17 and are on sale now through Ticketmaster.
