St. Patrick’s Day Weekend at J.C. Wooloughan’s Irish Pub St. Patrick’s Day isn’t till Sunday, but Irish pubs around town are starting the party well before then. Get your green on Thursday through Saturday during J.C.’s special happy hour (3-6 p.m.), which features $5 Irish appetizer specials and half-priced Irish drafts. The big day features Irish dancers, bagpipers and a lineup of Irish bands, including Mrs. Murphy’s Chowder and Mullaney. Plus, the Guinness Girls and Jameson Girls will be on-site handing out themed swag. Score! March 14-17; Thursday-Saturday, 3 p.m., free; Sunday, noon, $20, free before 3 p.m.

Celtic Feis at New York-New York The “traditional Gaelic arts and cultural festival” lasts all weekend at the hotel’s Nine Fine Irishmen pub and the Strip-side Brooklyn Bridge. Catch the parade (Friday at 7 p.m.), knock back a pint and enjoy the live Irish music. Not sold? Entry to the festival includes a free Guinness or a shot of Jameson. March 15-17, $25, free if wearing a kilt.

Grand Irish Festival at McMullan’s Irish Pub Owner Brian McMullan hails from the Emerald Isle, and he’s planned a three-day fest that St. Paddy would likely approve of. Find Irish entertainment all weekend long, with the Celtic Crown Dancers and traditional Irish band Beeswing (direct from Ireland!) set to perform. Did we mention that the McMullan’s menu includes more than 40 Irish whiskeys? March 15-17, free Friday & Saturday, $20 on Sunday.

St. Patrick’s Day at Hennessey’s Tavern The Fremont Street Irish pub is also partying through the weekend, starting Friday night with some live music and the opening of its St. Patrick’s Day beer garden. Sunday’s debauchery features entertainment by the Las Vegas Firefighters Pipe and Drum Corps, eye candy courtesy of the body-painted Jameson girls and beer pong in the bar’s Claddagh Room (skip the Bud Light this time and sink a few cups of Guinness!). March 15-17, $5, free before 7 p.m. and in beer garden.

St. Patrick’s Day/Weekend at Quinn’s The St. Paddy’s merriment at Green Valley Ranch is anchored by Quinn’s Irish Pub, though you can expect the entire casino floor to be packed with green party machines come Sunday. Grab a $4 pint or one of the $5 featured “Irish” shots (think: car bombs) and get your jig on to tunes from local favorites Darby O’Gill and the Little People (Saturday and Sunday, 10 p.m.). March 15-17, free entry.

Champagne Brunch: St. Patrick’s Day edition at Lavo The Venetian venue’s party brunch gets Irish-ified for St. Paddy’s weekend. Swap your usual go-to drink with some Irish beer and whiskey—this special edition of the weekly bash features Guinness on tap and specialty cocktails made with Bushmills Irish Honey. And instead of “cheers,” say “sláinte.” March 16, 2 p.m., free entry.

GBDC: Special St. Patrick’s Day Edition at Ghostbar Didn’t get enough of GBDC on Saturday? You’re in luck (of the Irish), as the party-hearty dayclub opens specially for St. Patrick’s Day. The beer might not be green, but it’s free during the Miller Lite open bar from 1 to 2 p.m. Quench your thirst after with a festive beverage, as GBDC is breakin’ out some green bubbly for the occasion. In the booth: resident DJs Alie Layus and Mark Stylz. March 17, doors at 1 p.m., $20, ladies free.

St. Patrick’s Day-themed XIV Vegas Sessions at Hyde The Bellagio nightspot’s monthly party goes green for St. Paddy’s, and Hyde definitely knows how to throw a holiday party.
