Four dollars and fifty cents. That will get you a hearty, moist corn-cake sandwich filled with ham and cheese, or avocado, black beans, tomatoes and peppers, or roasted pork, or some of the best wood-fired chicken in the city. Viva’s arepas are a meal unto themselves, unbelievably cheap and consistently, utterly delicious. And then there’s $2 pastelitos, $3 fried yucca or plantains, $6 house-made pork rinds ... stop me when you’re full. 1616 Las Vegas Blvd. S., 702-366-9696. Daily, 8 a.m.-midnight.
