This glass of barrel-aged bliss is a Manhattan tribute in more ways than one. Rao’s E. 114th cocktail takes its name from the Italian restaurant’s original NYC location, and its makeup flips the script on the classic libation, with Knob Creek Single Barrel Reserve bourbon taking the place of more typical rye whiskey and melding with the flavors of Amaro Montenegro, Carpano Antica sweet vermouth and Angostura orange bitters.
