Filipino-style suckling pig is an absolute treasure, pork belly slow roasted until the skin reaches brilliant levels of near-crunch while the meat drips with savory juices. It’s the specialty at the small but accessible Cafe de Cebu, and it’s only $15 for a whole pound. That’s criminal. Better get at least a couple pounds; it might last you more than a few minutes. 6680 W. Flamingo Road #12, 702-538-7588. Daily, 11 a.m.-9 p.m.
