5th Annual Holiday Socialite Party Professional partiers unite! It’s time again to celebrate going out four nights a week, well-conditioned livers and a lack of ability to remember names. The night starts with a VIP reception at Gold Lounge from 9-11 p.m., then it’s on to a blowout party at Haze. The Weekly’s Deanna Rilling made the list again … did you? Visit to find out. Holiday attire encouraged. December 16, Gold, starts at 9 p.m., $10 and up; Haze, doors at 10 p.m., $30.

DILLOween costume party at Davinci’s Muse The weekly Siren’s Song party knows you’re already longing to play dress-up again. So why not use this underground scene party—which doubles as the birthday celebration for one of our favorite ravers—as an excuse? For Miss Dillo’s special day, enjoy $1 vodka drinks for the first hour, $2 Heinekens all night long, special guest DJ Shiny Toy Robot, go-go dancer Touch representing the 170 crew and more. December 16, doors at 9 p.m., $5 cover, 18+ (or 21 to drink), 2650 S. Decatur Blvd., Suite 1.

Battle of the Brushes at Blush Someone’s getting head-to-toe body paint Thursday night! The semiannual Battle of the Brushes pits makeup artists and extraordinary body painters head to head (or face to face?) as they transform models right before your eyes. Themed Winter Candyland, it could turn out to be a pretty sweet evening. December 16, doors at 9:30 p.m., $30, free for local ladies and industry.

Frequency at Crown The first bass massive in Vegas features some of the best in drum and bass, dubstep and turntablism. Check out Craze, Datsik, 12th Planet, Bare, AK1200 and more. (Check out our interview with AK1200 and download our podcast with him here). December 17, doors open at 9:30 p.m., $20 or all-you-can drink for $60.

Robbie Rivera at Tao Rock the disco! The beach was Juicy and now the bells are, too. The DJ/producer is in for the Global House Sessions and a special Juicy Bells party along with DJ Vice. Side note: Someone in the club scene borrowed our copy of Rivera’s Closer to the Sun album and hasn’t given it back yet … December 18, doors at 10 p.m., $20 and up—or free with canned food donation.

Vanessa Hudgens birthday at Pure Given that many of her fans likely aren’t of drinking age yet, we’re not sure who’ll turn out for this party for the star of High School Musical and The Suite Life of Zack & Cody. But then there were those nude self-portraits, so, hey, let’s party it up! December 18, doors at 10 p.m., $20 and up.

Ho Ho Ho at Jet Jolly ol’ Moose-a-Claus is looking for a sexy Mrs. Claus to get into the holiday spirit during Jet’s industry night. The winner—and likely the least clothed lady—takes home $5,000 to stuff her stockings. December 20, doors open at 10 p.m., $30, free for locals.

Christmas with Coolio at Crown We still have no idea what Coolio and alternative-music station party “107.9 presents …” have to do with each other, but really, it’s friggin’ Coolio! Who doesn’t love Coolio? December 22, doors at 10 p.m., $10 and up.
