Prior to her arrival in Vegas to host Eve nightclub at Crystals at CityCenter this Saturday night with hubby, Colts wide receiver Hank Baskett, Kendra Wilkinson Baskett — formerly of The Girls Next Door — took some time out from her new roles of wife and mother to reflect on Valentine's Day with the Weekly.

Kendra, you and Hank are hosting a pre-Valentine's Day soiree this Saturday night at Eve. How will you and your special man be celebrating Valentine's Day the next evening?

Hank and I both believe that Valentine's Day is a special day, and so we thought it was a perfect time to get out, go to Vegas and host a party at Eve Nightclub. Mommy and Daddy need to do some romancing and have some fun and Eve Nightclub is the best place to do it!

Have you seen Eve Nightclub yet?

It's my first time and I'm so freaking excited!

Valentine's chocolates and roses — do women really go for that stuff? Do you?

With all the crap and negativity going on in the world, I think it is important to take one day out of 365 days a year to do what makes you happy and loved. Chocolate, sex, love, romance...

I'll definitely take that into consideration. In your opinion, how should single women spend Valentine's Day?

If you are single, then don't stress. Do something special just for yourself on Valentine's Day.

Again, I'm taking notes. Any Valentine's Day memories stick out in your mind?

I love the ocean and sea life, and so Hank took me whale-watching in San Diego last year.

Awwwww! He's a keeper.
